At the same time, the company maintains a certain level of confidentiality regarding the details of the reorganization, particularly the specifics of new routes and the locations of key logistics hubs. This decision is driven by safety considerations for both employees and customers, as well as the protection of logistics processes themselves from potential interference.

“Given the need to ensure the maximum safety of our employees, customers, and the uninterrupted operation of logistics processes, we do not provide detailed information about specific aspects of the reorganization, including the specifics of backup routes and the exact locations of our facilities,” company representatives say. Despite this, customers have full access to up-to-date information about the status and location of their shipments through the Nova Poshta mobile app.

The Nova Poshta network covers the entire territory of Ukraine and currently includes more than 56,000 service points. This extensive infrastructure includes brick-and-mortar branches, automated parcel terminals (parcel lockers), and courier delivery services, allowing the company to remain accessible to millions of Ukrainians.

In 2025, the operations of 1,280 Nova Poshta branches were suspended. Some of these closures were due to their direct proximity to the front line, as happened in Donetsk region cities such as Sviatohirsk and Kramatorsk. The decision to continue operating each individual branch is made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the security situation in the specific locality. The company has an operational headquarters that maintains constant communication with local authorities and regional military administrations to respond promptly to changes in the security environment.
