Endeavor Catalyst Raises $320 Million for Its New Investment Fund, Keeping a Focus on Ukrainian Startups

New York, USA – Endeavor Catalyst, a co-investment fund, has successfully closed its fifth fund, raising $320 million. This significant milestone has increased the fund’s total assets under management to more than $850 million. A defining feature of the new investment round was the active participation of entrepreneurs from the Endeavor network, who are reinvesting their experience and capital into the next generation of startups.

Investors with Successful Business Experience

Fund V stands out for its unique investor base (LPs), with 30% of the capital coming from founders and executives of successful technology companies. These include leaders from Revolut, LinkedIn, Nubank, Snowflake, Checkout.com, Globant, and Careem. Jackie Carmel, Managing Director at Endeavor Catalyst, emphasized that this is a clear example of the “Multiplier Effect,” where successful entrepreneurs use their achievements to support and grow new startups.

This model provides not only financial backing, but also valuable experience, knowledge, and established connections, helping young companies grow and scale faster.

Focus on Global Growth and Ukrainian Companies

Endeavor Catalyst is already actively deploying capital from the new fund. Among the first companies invested in are Replit (Jordan/USA), Cashea (Venezuela), Moove (Nigeria), HappyRobot (Spain), EnduroSat, Respond.io, and Lunar Outpost. Important news for the Ukrainian market is the inclusion of the educational marketplace Preply in this list, underscoring the strategic importance of Ukrainian startups for the fund.

At present, Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio already includes three companies of Ukrainian origin: Preply, Headway Inc., and HOLYWATER TECH. By the end of 2026, the fund plans to invest an additional $25–30 million in fast-growing companies in Europe, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, while maintaining its interest in the Ukrainian market.

Endeavor: A Community of Entrepreneurs with Global Impact

Endeavor is a global community that brings together more than three thousand entrepreneurs and leaders of top companies such as Bending Spoons, Coverflex, ElevenLabs, Runway, Glovo, and Checkout.com. In 2024, Endeavor expanded its presence by opening an office in Ukraine, where it actively supports 21 Ukrainian entrepreneurs, including Preply, Ajax Systems, Solidgate, and Kiss My Apps.

Overall, Endeavor Catalyst’s portfolio includes more than 400 companies across 44 markets. These include 83 unicorns, 39 successful exits, and 11 publicly listed companies. These figures demonstrate Endeavor Catalyst’s significant impact on the global innovation ecosystem.
